Stoody is the world's leader in the production of welding wires and electrodes used to combat various types of wear and corrosion. Our extensive family of products includes iron, nickel, cobalt, tungsten and vanadium based alloys. Some of the major industries we serve are power generation, mining, construction, railroad, steel, foundry, oil and gas production and exploration as well as the pulp and paper industry.
Stoody is given credit for the creation of the term "hardfacing". Founded by two brothers in Southern California, the company has grown to be a world class supplier providing products to almost every major company in the world.
